Driver Recruiter - Safety
Create and manage all job advertisement's Source & search for all driver leads Conduct all phone screens with candidates Process all employment applications Submit requests for all VOE and background checks Run MVR, PSP and Clearing house Coordinate all travel and hotel accommodations for approved candidates Ensure that all FMCSA & DOT requirements are made during recruitment Provide exceptional customer service to all candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding to improve driver retention ALWAYS have both the company as well as the driver's best interest! Resume and driver referral's available upon request!
