Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, shippers, brokers, and customers. Knowledgeable in customs documentation, border crossing procedures, and freight requirements. Ability to maintain accurate dispatch logs, load records, and compliance reports. Adept at working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while keeping operations smooth.
