Matson Navigation 11/1 to Present -I currently work in International Customer Service -I trace containers to see when the imports arrive at the port -A quote is input in the system by me and rail billed for trucker to take to destination -I rail bill all exports and obtain reservations for trucker to ingate to rail to make cut offs -I rail bill all empties for truckers to take after export has been in gated at the port -I dispatch truckers to destinations across the country -Perfs are adding in rail charges to invoices for rail yards and approve charges -We work globally with China, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and many other companies world wide -Tote is one of our biggest customers and I quote, rail bill, obtain reservations and dispatch to truckers along with the above Chicago Intermodal Trucking 03/19 to 10/21 -I am responsible for handling drivers daily paperwork OutlookMicrosoftOffice (including Word, Outlook, Excel and Access), PowerPoint, SAP, Navision, CRM, Quickbooks and Adobe Acrobat. Able to quickly learn new software. Comfortable with the internet, e-mail, copiers, fax machines, postage meters, voicemail and multiline telephone systems. Typing speed 95+ words per minute. IICRC certified with a test score of 97%. -Working with customers as well as entering in delivery orders for our drivers to complete -Completing cards after the moves have been finished and prepping them for invoicing -Invoicing customers Quickbooks -Entering new customers in -Dispatching drivers to the rail yards to lift on and off containers for next day moves -Rail billing export containers so they can be returned to the railroads to be shipped -Tracking import container movements on the rails coming from the ports to Chicago rails -Answering driver phone calls and telling them what their next moves are -Printing and doing payroll for 25+ employees -Making bank deposits -Entering new orders in our system and also adding new customers to our system -Dispatching drivers for next days moves Vector/Viscofan Group, Customer Service 01/18 to 02/19 -I am responsible for handling all of our VIP accounts such as Butterball, Perdue, Tyson, Hofmeister Ham and about 100+ accounts on a daily basis -Invoice processing, including communications with accounts payable when items require follow up. -Accounts receivable and accounts payable -Entering Customer Purchase Orders -Checking SAP for material to complete purchase orders -Ordering extrusion for raw roll stock to make plastic shirrs/bags -Request work orders for treating of roll stock -Daily communication with production to ensure orders ship on time -Filing claims in our corporate software Navision -Arrange for technical support to go to customers plants in the United States to observe any issues with our shirrs/bags that a customer might have -Returning product to our QC department that customers have quality issues with such as scheduling return shipments of material -Providing QC with all necessary documents to process returns such as pictures, emails, lot numbers and extrusion lot numbers -Tracing lot numbers back to extrusion from finished goods -Issuing credits to customers -Setting up new accounts -Daily communication with customers through email and telephone -Entering samples for new and existing customers based on their application: cooking temperature, bone-in meat products such as ribs etc.) because we have thousands of products to offer. -Weekly meetings with our sales team and production -Daily reports in SAP that are exported to Excel then sent to my CEO -Constant communication with our shipping department to make sure boxes are labeled and palletized for shipping -Tracking orders that had been placed. 3 -Communication with external warehouses and production facilities through phone and email -Multitasking between 3 computer monitors daily and I have the ability to stop doing one project, handle an emergency then return to the original project. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Interact well with others, open to change and I am a team player.
