Assistant General Manager • Directed 20 members of management, 180-door facility with 190 dock/freight handlers moving 10K+ bills per week. Within my scope was the management of line-haul and P&D with approximately 80 drivers and 15 managers. • Merged two distribution centers restructured the entire operations; personnel and processes.
