The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing communications, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records within our transportation management systems. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner. Enter, update, and maintain customer orders and shipment information in company systems. Upload and verify transportation documents and shipment details. Coordinate with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and operations personnel to ensure smooth shipment execution. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers as needed. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and customer communications. Assist with general administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous customer service experience required. Experience in transportation, logistics, or intermodal operations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude. Contractor Information This position is classified as an Independent Contractor (1099). Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and applicable business expenses.
