The ideal candidate will have proven office management and dispatch experience, along with the ability to identify, contact, and build relationships with intermodal brokers, shippers, and transportation companies. This individual will be responsible for securing freight opportunities, negotiating premium rates, dispatching loads to drivers, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office operations, recruiting and hiring qualified personnel, training and managing staff, and building a high-performing team to support the continued growth of the company. The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong customer and broker relationships.
