Supervisory Responsibilities: · None at this time. Duties/Responsibilities: · Schedules shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines. · Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers. · Monitors inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system. · Assists customer service representatives with order status inquiries and special customer needs. · Resolves delivery problems. · Analyzes procedures; recommends updates and improvements to logistics director. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Extensive knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures. · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Bilingual and fluent English highly preferred · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excel or related software. · Proficiency with computerized operating systems. Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent required.
