We are currently looking for MOTIVATED Freight Agents with Experience to join our team. We believe a self-driven entrepreneur can Learn and Earn at the same time. The ideal candidate is passionate, persistent, and confident as it relates to building relationships with both customers/shippers and carriers. Be your own boss, work from home and maximize your earning potential. As an agent, you will be responsible for maintaining an independent operation from gaining customers to booking carriers. Requirements: • 3 years experience required • Sales or Logistics Experience Preferred • Ability to Create Own Book of Business, though we have some book business assign to you as shared. • Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers • Excellent Communication skills we focus on drayage service. therefore, have drayage experience prefered. Responsibilities: • Bring more new businesses. • Provide customers with shipping quotes. • Collaborate with shippers/customers and carriers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. We have carriers. • Keep accurate records of relevant activities. • Update customers on the status of shipments and assist with other inquiries. • Communicate with Brokerage on booked loads. we will have operation to support you.
