Select: Search Jobs | Search Resumes | Post Job | Edit Job | Post Resume | About JobMatch Job Available 3/4/24: Position: Dispatcher/Customer Service Location: SOUTH HOLLAND, IL Experience: 0-1 years Salary: Open for discussion JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_DISPATCHER SOUTH HOLLAND 2023 • Planning, organizing, and coordinating the appointment time and the relevant details with the drivers and the customers, shippers and receivers for timely pickups and deliveries. • Calling shipping lines to check and fix bookings if needed • Answering Phones. • Scanning documents and typing driver inbound and outbound information along with the J1 Tickets information into the computer system. • Tracking equipment, checking container availability at the port, strategically schedule appointments for pick-ups and deliveries, assign routes to drivers daily, preparing paperwork, and effectively communicating with customers and staff • Communicating with driver and drayage company to allot right door for the containers paper or plastic • Collecting the J1 so we know which container belongs to which booking accurately • Rail billing and reservation on timely manner • Reminding drivers on reservations • Reaching out to terminals to check containers availability, and in case there is no availability, get it changed by the shipping line • Checking Driver Logs and inbound and outbound loads matching with their paperwork with accounts • Keeping track of Chassis and booking chassis • Any other duties assigned by the Management Job Posted By: PPR Logistics LLC 2-A Terminal Way Avenel, NJ  07001 Direct Resume To: Anmol mehrotra pprlogistis.sh@gmail.com   edit job
