- If it is possible, we kindly ask you to quote your best ALL-IN drayage rate for this service.
The ALL-IN FLAT RATE must include:
1.) Line Haul.
2.) FSC.
3.) 2 free days of chassis or triaxle (whichever one is needed).
4.) 2 free hours for live unload at the customer’s facility and (pickup/return) at the port.
5.) 1 free day for storage.
6.) Pre-pull (if necessary).
7.) Tolls (if necessary).
8.) Make and agree with the customer the delivery appointment day/time (by telephone or internet platform).
9.) POD and EIR must be sent as soon as possible.
- We expect the drayage operation to be completed within 2 days and anticipate no further expenses.
Please also provide the following accessorial charges if needed:
• Storage per day.
• Chassis / Triaxle per day.
• Detention per hour (after 2 free hours).
• SOC empty return to the port, rail terminals, or any other location that the steamship line requests (Chassis-Split).
