Cryo-Trans Logistics Fleet Manager Operations 2009 – Present This company is the largest owner and supplier of refrigerated rail cars in North America. My position as manager is to oversee the day to day operations of 800 rail cars and customers. Providing 3rd party logistics, including equipment utilization dwell, load and off load times, origin and destination, transit time by lanes and maintain product and temperature controls. Canadian National Railway Corridor Manager 2002 – 2009 I have held various management positions within the railroad, all giving more responsibility and authority to develop my career. I have held positions as Operations Manager, Asst. Trainmaster, Trainmaster, Chief Dispatcher, Road Foreman and Corridor Manager. I have managed the largest rail terminal in North America (Chicago) and oversaw corridor operations from Chicago to New Orleans. Running over 250 trains a day, maintain track maintenance schedules and initiate and participate in strategic planning for 2200 miles of rail operations. Norfolk Southern Railway Business Development Manager 1991 – 2002 My responsibilities included managing and developing business in all markets, primarily in coal fields for rail operations, initially acting as an account manager of Forest Product Accounts and as responsibility’s increased as well as sales production I was promoted several times to my final position as manager in the coal operations. Farm Bureau Insurance Agent 1987 – 1990 As an agent I was selling all lines of life, health, property and casualty insurance. I had a special interest in selling farm and crop hail insurance along with group health plans. I met and exceeded all production levels and company established goals.
