Role Description: ****** MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH & MANDARIN !!! This is a full-time role for an Ocean Container Freight Dispatcher. The role is located in Secaucus, NJ on site only Monday through Friday. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatching of freight to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers and customers, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The dispatcher will also manage scheduling, and routings, and resolve any issues that arise during transit. Qualifications: Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Experience in Customer Service ( Dispatching exprience is a plus ) Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Problem-solving and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills both Mandrian and English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus (******) College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
