Training: H&R Block Tax classes COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, CRP, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics GP, LANGUAGES: English / Urdu – Hindi / Sindhi EXPERIENCE: - Charging Credit Cards for payments - Check figures, creating Debit Memos - Check figures and creating Credit Memos - Reconciliation of DM/CM - Sorting, Matching and Filing of accounting record - Check figures and purchases entries into QuickBooks for clients - Check figures and Payments entries into QuickBooks for clients - Processing Sales into QuickBooks for clients - Income tax data entry into system - Office filing and record keeping - Assist the Controller on daily tasks - Coding invoices to the correct account head to ensure correct account payment - Verify and calculate invoices, claims, reimbursement and payables - Perform research on problem invoices, consider aging, verify dollar amount - Enter data from invoices into the system – MS Great Plains - Mail checks, file all invoices after paid - Bank reconciliation on daily basis - Time sheets to figure out working hours for payroll payment - Greet customers - Run cash register - Charge Credit cards for sale amount
