	Jason Hilsenbeck has a wide range of transportation experience from driving a truck to running an Internet company.  After graduating from Western Illinois University in 1994 with a degree in Transportation & Distribution and a minor in International Marketing, he started his career at an Intermodal Marketing Company in Chicago.  There he gained experience in dispatch, sales and management.
	During this time, he began to realize the potential for utilizing the Internet to exchange information between drayage truckers and IMC's.  He set out on his own in 1999 to create LoadMatch.com, a web site for Intermodal Transportation Matching.  His company has survived the Dot-Com fallout.  He acquired Drayage.com in 2003.  He has been published in Traffic World.  LoadMatch is now going on its 6th year with several thousand visitors each month.
